Join a Kindness Circle
Kindness Circles is a group coaching program. Groups commit to meeting regularly, in person, to learn tools and support each other in caring for their bodies with kindness and compassion. Topics will include tuning in to the body, eating intuitively and joyfully, moving for pleasure, practicing mindfulness, and holding ourselves - and each other - with compassion.
The precise format is still a work-in-progress and will evolve as we go. I invite you to be part of this "pilot" phase. The pilot groups are offered on a pay-what-you-can basis.
